What is your history of community service?
I am a past member of the Osceola County Board of Adjustment. A past member of the Kissimmee Little League Board of Directors. I am a current athletic booster for Osceola High School and Harmony High School. I have countless volunteer hours for the Kissimmee Kowboys Youth Footbal League.

Why are in you seeking this office?
Because I was instrumental in the successful office reorganization started in 2006 by Atlee Mercer that has improved services and reduced costs. I want to ensure that this investment of energy and resources was not lost.

What makes you the best-qualified candidate?
I started in this office at the age of 16 and spent over 20 years learning every postion we have. This unmatched experience, coupled with my state certifications as a Certified Florida Evaluator and a Certified Casdastralist of Florida plus my management trraining by Patsy Heffner and Atlee Mercer makes me the most qualified candidate.

Current or former elected official you most admire and why?
Atlee Mercer, the current Property Appraiser. He has given me invaluable hands on management training, which has enabled me to be a better manager, leader and citizen of this community.

If additional revenue becomes available where would you spend it?
We have already begun planning on reduced revenue levels in the near term. We have invested and would continue to invest in technology and training to enable us to continue to do more with less.

If revenue falls short, what are the areas you would target for cuts?
As I stated above and having anticipated this probability, we have already made several contingincy plans based on the funding level reductions we might encounter.
