Fair-Share Ordinance
The purpose of this ordinance is to create a Proportionate Fair-Share program that
establishes methods whereby the impacts of development on transportation facilities
can be mitigated by the cooperative efforts of the public and private sector, as well as
strengthen Osceola County’s Capital Improvement Planning, as required by and in a
manner consistent with §163.3180(16), F.S.

Public School Facility Sitting and Development Ordinance
This ordinance is jointly approved by the School Board, the Osceola County
Commission, the City of Kissimmee, and the City of St. Cloud for the stated
purpose of defining and describing processes to coordinate, and ensure the
timely development of public infrastructure, including public school sites
needed to serve residential development.
