Mike Horner

Mike has been at the helm of the Chamber since 1996. A 5th generation Floridian,
raised in Sanford, Florida, Mike earned a B.S. from the University of Florida
and an M.P.A. from the University of Central Florida. Under Mike’s leadership,
the Chamber has enjoyed unprecedented success. Innovative programs such as the
Osceola Legislative Effort (OLE), voter passage of a penny tax extension and
the development of a small business center culminated with the 2001 Florida
Chamber of the Year Award. Prior to his arrival in Osceola County, Mike served
as the Executive Director of the Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce and as a
Legislative Assistant to Senator Bud Gardner and Senator Karen Johnson.
Cindy Lewis

Cindy has been with the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce since 1989.
She is responsible for running the daily operations of the Chamber’s office
functions. A Florida native, Cindy is active with her ranch filled with livestock.
Wendi Jeannin

Wendi joined the Chamber in January 2005 and has been a resident of Osceola County
since 1981. Wendi oversees the communications for the Chamber to include the areas of Public Relations, Website Management & Newsletters.
Alice McKinney

Alice has been with the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce since 1984. She
is usually the first one to welcome visitors to the Chamber office or greet callers
on the phone.
Connie Napolillo
Membership Specialist

Connie provides support to the membership and bookkeeping departments, including
secretarial and clerical tasks, serves as the membership accounts receivable clerk
and serves as organization supply clerk. Connie has been with the Chamber for 24
years.
Elaine Baggett
Celebration, Poinicana and Hunters Creek Area Council

Elaine, a resident of Osceola County since 1986, is the coordinator for the Poinciana
Area Council, Celebration Area Council and Hunters Creek Area Council. She actively works to attract and retain
membership, organizes special events and oversees board meetings for the two councils.
Jill Stevenson

Jill has been with the Chamber since January 2001 organizing the
Chamber's special events. She spent 4 years with
Tupperware Convention Center as an Event Coordinator and 10 years with Disney in various
Food & Beverage locations.
Robin Hughes

Robin joined the Chamber in 2002 and is the coordinator for both the Four Corners Council
and Downtown Kissimmee Area Council. A Florida Native, she brings 29 years of sales
experience to the organization. Robin, who runs monthly council meetings, organizes special
events and manages other projects for the two councils, is an avid outdoorswoman. She
likes to hunt and fish.
Marie Jones

Marie joined the Chamber in 1997 and is the Corporate/Chairperson for the Black Business
Council. Marie brings to this council 35 years of cooperate experience and has created
opportunities of education, partnerships and networking for black and other minority owned
businesses. Major accomplishments of the BBC include the annual Kissimmee Festival of Rhythm
and Blues held at Kissimmee Lakefront park.
Pat Hopkins

Pat has been a resident of Osceola County since 1985 and joined the Chamber in April 2003 as
their Bookkeeper. Pat brings over 15 years experience to the organization.
Robin Wells

Robin joined the sales team for the Chamber in September 2007 and is also the coordinator for the Osceola Resort Area Council. Robin actively works to gain new members for the chamber and retain members for ORAC, while conducting their special events and monthly meetings.
Shannon Bass
Small Business Council Coordinator

Shannon joined the Chamber in September 2007 as the Small Business Council Coordinator. Shannon she was born in Melbourne, Florida and was raised on a ranch in Kenansville where she learned to love the wildlife, fishing and riding horses.
